• To confirm payment status and connect orders to customer accounts.
• To improve service reliability, reporting, and customer support.

3. Payment Data

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal. CowTech stores payment status, order identifiers, payer email, and plan metadata, but does not store full card or bank details.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell customer data. We may share limited data with infrastructure, email, payment, analytics, or AI model providers only as needed to deliver the service.

5. Security

We use authentication, authorization checks, and paid-order validation for dashboard and file access. No online system is perfectly secure, so customers should avoid submitting sensitive secrets that are not required for GEO work.

We retain account, order, diagnosis, and delivery data as long as needed for service operation, compliance, support, and reasonable business records.

You may request correction or deletion of account and brand data by contacting us. Some order and transaction records may be retained where required for business or compliance purposes.
