1. Services

CowTech provides GEO diagnosis, AI visibility analysis, technical delivery files, website content recommendations, and custom GEO operations. The exact scope depends on the plan, checkout record, and onboarding information submitted by the customer.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate brand, website, email, and business information during diagnosis or onboarding.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated recommendations before publishing them on your own properties.
• You must not use the service for illegal, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity.

3. Payment and Delivery

Pro delivery is unlocked only after payment confirmation. Hosted payment buttons and PayPal IPN records are used to confirm paid orders. Delivery files are generated after successful onboarding and are made available in the customer dashboard.

4. Custom Plans

God Plan and ongoing GEO operations are quoted individually. Custom work may require separate written scope, timeline, and payment terms.

5. No Guaranteed Ranking

GEO results depend on third-party AI systems, public web signals, model behavior, content quality, and distribution. CowTech does not guarantee a specific ranking, citation, revenue, or model response.

6. Intellectual Property

CowTech retains ownership of its software, templates, systems, processes, and internal methods. Customers receive a license to use delivered files and reports for their own brand and website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CowTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
