Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern purchases and use of CowTech and AIVGL services. By creating an account, submitting an order, or authorizing a PayPal payment, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you may enter into a binding agreement for yourself or the organization you represent.

2. Products and service scope

• AIVGL Launch Pack — $39 USD one-time: website and brand technical diagnosis, AI-readable files, machine-friendly files, GEO deployment files, and dashboard ZIP delivery after confirmed payment and completed onboarding.
• Starter — $149 USD/month: 4,000 Web-Grounded AI Response Credits per billing cycle, up to 3 AI surfaces, up to 3 competitors, daily monitoring, share-of-voice and citation/source tracking, 2 AIVGL-certified GEO articles per cycle, and one Launch Pack.
• Pro — $299 USD/month: 10,000 credits, up to 5 AI surfaces, up to 5 competitors, daily monitoring, competitor share-of-voice and citation/source gap tracking, 4 certified articles, a monthly GEO Growth Brief, priority article retest, and one Launch Pack.
• God Mode — $599 USD/month: 25,000 credits, up to 8 AI surfaces, up to 10 competitors, advanced share-of-voice, deep competitor and citation/source-gap tracking, 8 certified articles, a monthly competitor deep report, priority deep research and retest, a monthly GEO strategy memo, and one Launch Pack.

The checkout page and current product contract control exact quotas. One Web-Grounded AI Response Credit means one prompt run on one AI surface with fresh search-backed context. Unused monthly credits and monthly deliverables do not roll over unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise.

3. Add-ons

• Extra 1,000 credits — $49 USD one-time: adds 1,000 credits to the active account.
• Extra certified article — $39 USD one-time: adds one article to the current fulfillment cycle.
• Extra tracked competitor — $19 USD/month: adds one continuously tracked competitor within the active plan's prompt and AI-surface scope. It does not add credits, dedicated prompts, an article, or a standalone deep report.

Add-ons require an active compatible CowTech account and are not standalone base plans. Add-ons do not replace or downgrade Starter, Pro, or God Mode.

4. Accounts and customer responsibilities

• You must provide accurate brand, website, account email, and business information during scanning, checkout, or onboarding.
• Use the same email for your CowTech account and PayPal checkout. If the emails differ, delivery may pause until ownership is verified.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated recommendations before publishing them on your own properties.
• You must not use the service for illegal, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity.
• You are responsible for account security and for activity performed through your credentials.

5. Payment verification and delivery

All listed prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Access and fulfillment begin only after PayPal confirms the payment or subscription and CowTech validates the order, amount, currency, product identifier, merchant receiver, transaction uniqueness, and account binding. A pending or unverified browser success message is not proof of payment. Delivery timing begins after both payment confirmation and receipt of required onboarding information. Generated files, reports, monitoring status, and add-on balances are delivered through the customer dashboard.

6. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Starter, Pro, God Mode, and the extra tracked competitor add-on automatically renew at the displayed monthly price until canceled. You authorize PayPal to charge the selected funding source each billing cycle. You may cancel future automatic payments in PayPal or by contacting CowTech. Cancel before the next billing date; PayPal may require cancellation at least three business days before that date. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access active through the paid cycle. Removing a PayPal funding source does not erase obligations already incurred.

7. Refunds and billing disputes

Refund requests must be sent to contact@cowtech.xyz with the account email and PayPal transaction ID. Duplicate or unauthorized charges and confirmed non-delivery will be investigated. The Launch Pack and one-time add-ons are refundable before generation or allocation begins; after files become available, credits are allocated, or article work begins, they are non-refundable except where required by law or where CowTech cannot provide the purchased service. Subscription charges are not prorated for a partially used cycle unless required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or PayPal dispute rights.

8. Service changes, suspension, and termination

Third-party AI surfaces, search providers, and APIs may change or become unavailable. CowTech may substitute a functionally comparable surface or data source while preserving the purchased quota and core service purpose. We may pause fulfillment for failed payment, abuse, security risk, missing onboarding, or legal compliance. We will not convert an active base plan into an add-on. Material adverse product changes apply prospectively and will be communicated through the site, dashboard, or account email.

9. No guaranteed ranking

GEO results depend on third-party AI systems, public web signals, model behavior, content quality, and distribution. CowTech does not guarantee a specific ranking, citation, revenue, or model response.

10. Intellectual property and customer content

You retain rights in materials you submit and authorize CowTech to process them to provide the service. CowTech retains ownership of its software, templates, systems, processes, and internal methods. After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered files and reports for the purchased brand and website.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but depends on third parties and is provided “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, CowTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages. CowTech's aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. We may update these Terms prospectively; the effective date above identifies the applicable version. If a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls except where local law requires otherwise.
